TURN-KEY DESIGN (RESIDENTIAL)

Starting with an initial phone consultation, our team will listen to your needs, and gather information so that we can better use our time during the first appointment to dive in and get started. As part of our turn-key services we will put together a full concept design plan for your space. Buying furniture and updating your space can feel overwhelming.  It is our job to walk you through the design process, navigate the budget, determine the style of the room and most important, make sure the space functions appropriately to your families needs. From the initial phone conversation, we charge an hourly rate of $100/hr. Services will include: 

-measuring for space planning

-providing space plans when necessary to show furniture layouts

-sourcing of materials and product as related to the project

-design boards

-ordering and receiving furniture on your behalf

-installation and styling

Consulting 

Thanks to Pinterest and home network channels it has become somewhat easier to DIY and implement new ideas for your home. For an hourly rate you can work with a designer from our team on your own pace and how you see fit. No strings attached.

PAINT COLOR CONSULTATIONS 

Wall color goes along way to updating a home! If you are looking for some guidance into a new color pallet this is the service for you. We charge $250 for this consultation. Service provided:

-Walk through of your home

-Working with the existing furniture and accessories picking a new paint scheme that is fresh and what you had in mind!

HOME STAGING

1,000 - 2,000sf : $150 (flat fee)

2,000 - 3,000sf : $350 (flat fee)

3,000 - 4,000sf : $500 (fat fee)

4,000 + : $1,000 (flat fee)

OR $100/room

 

Flat fees cover all time spent in home decluttering, organizing, flipping seating groups, and accessorizing. Designer will not provide any new furniture or accessories. If homeowner wants the designer to shop around for accessories such as pillows, table decor, bathroom accessories including towels and dispensers, this will be additional amount determined by the homeowner.

RENOVATION / NEW CONSTRUCTION

While building a new home, buying to renovate or renovating your family home can be an exciting time, it is has proven to be a very overwhelming process. There are countless decisions to be made and always issues that arise. Although it is an expense to pay for professional services, having someone to oversee all the details, help keep things on schedule and make sure nothing slips through the cracks is worth it in the end! Our initial rate of $500 helps to cover all the conversations between you, the client and GCs, builders and subcontractors, along with numerous site checks over the course of the project. We will also bill our hourly rate of $100 for selection appointments, sourcing, installation and staging. 

New Construction Services to include:                          

-going over floor plans and possible revisions

-custom finishes

-design selection book
